Samsung to Add Nvidia G-SYNC Support to Its 2026 OLED TVs

Samsung has announced a significant gaming-focused update for its next-generation OLED televisions planned for 2026. The company revealed that the OLED S95H, S90H, and S85H models will receive Nvidia G-SYNC Compatible certification. This development will enable PC gamers using Nvidia GeForce graphics cards to experience smoother visuals on these TVs.

Variable Refresh Rate Support Expands

The Nvidia G-SYNC Compatible feature aims to reduce screen tearing and stuttering by synchronizing the TV's refresh rate with the frame rate (FPS) coming from the computer. According to Samsung's announcement, the S95H and S90H models will support refresh rates up to 165Hz, while the S85H model will support up to 120Hz.

Interestingly, this new G-SYNC support will not replace the existing AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support. Samsung stated that both variable refresh rate technologies will be available simultaneously. This means users of both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards can benefit from the TV's gaming performance features.

Picture Quality Improvements

The company did not focus solely on gaming performance for the 2026 OLED series. The announcement mentioned that HDR10+ ADVANCED support will be added to the entire series, which will improve brightness, contrast, motion, and color accuracy. Additionally, the higher-end S95H and S90H models will feature anti-reflection technology called 'Glare Free'.

Rapid technological advancements are also increasing the importance of professions in fields like artificial intelligence and hardware. Competitive product moves by companies like Samsung are interpreted as an indicator of dynamism in the consumer electronics market.

Sales Details Remain Unclear

Samsung's announcement did not include information on the price, exact release date, or regional availability of these models. This information is expected to become clear closer to the products' market launch. Potential buyers are advised to check the technical specifications lists and reviews on official product pages before making a purchase.

The 2026 OLED TV series aims to strengthen Samsung's position in the high-end gaming and home cinema market. The addition of Nvidia G-SYNC support is considered a strategic move that directly targets a market segment focused on PC gamers.
