The issue, first documented by technical SEO specialists and now confirmed by internal Google AI diagnostics, is causing widespread confusion and ranking drops across e-commerce, SaaS, and content-heavy platforms that rely on modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Next.js.

According to Search Engine Journal, Google’s crawling infrastructure, which has evolved to prioritize user experience and real-time content, is now misinterpreting delayed JavaScript execution as server unavailability. When a page’s core content is loaded asynchronously via client-side JavaScript, Google’s AI may time out before the content renders, leading it to log the page as inaccessible. This is particularly problematic for sites using server-side hydration, code-splitting, or lazy-loaded components — all standard practices in modern web development.

The implications are severe.
